USA - South Carolina - Columbia - University of South Carolina - Research Experience for Undergraduates in Nanoscience
This is a summer research program for undergraduates.

Students will join a research group exploring some aspect of nanoscale science and technology; all students will receive safety training and electron microscopy training. Friday lunch discussions allow for a vigorous exchange of ideas with scientists, engineers and philosophers.
Social events such as cookouts, fireworks on the Fourth of July, and tie-dye t-shirts are planned.
The program will end with the students presenting their results in a professional scientific conference format, and also in the form of a formal written report.
Entry Requirements:
Current undergraduate student; must be US citizen or permanent resident.
