PHYS 314 - Condensed Matter Physics (3 points, 0.1275 EFTS, Second Semester)
This course is designed to develop a basic understanding of the structure and properties of regular crystalline solids, including semiconductors and some aspects of superconductivity. It illustrates some applications of quantum physics and nanotechnology.
Entry Requirements:
PHYS314 - Prerequisite PHYS222 plus MATH105 or equivalent.
