Job Description: |
This position is for fabrication and characterization of nanoelectronic and molecular devices based on one-dimensional (1-D) AAO array templates (see our publications at http://www.engr.uky.edu/~zhichen) and carbon nanotubes and nanowires. The candidate should have strong background in single-electron transistors, molecular devices, and synthesis of nanotubes and nanowires. People strongly motivated for exploration in the frontier of future electron devices are highly encouraged. Interested candidates should send a resume to the address listed below. |
