Job Description: |
PRISM Group is actively seeking an experienced, senior-level chemist with a diverse background that includes complex organic, organometallic and inorganic synthesis, materials and surface analysis, electrochemical characterization, and at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) synthesis of organometallic molecules.
The successful candidate must be willing to work in the laboratory as an individual contributor, in team settings, and supervise small groups of chemists and engineers of various disciplines and degree levels. Demonstrated creativity, leadership, and good communication skills are musts.
A Ph.D. in Chemistry and at least 2+ years of experience working in industrial labs are required. Working knowledge of surface chemistry, solid phase synthesis, organometallics are preferred. US citizenship and problem solving analytical skills are important qualifications.
