Job Description: |
PRISM Group is actively seeking Device Physics Engineers with solid CMOS experience.
Title: Principal Device Engineer
Requirements:
Ivy league or similar education required
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with expertise in experimental semiconductor device physics, device design, and device modeling
- 5 years industry or academic experience in CMOS process integration / device reliability is desirable. Knowledge of organic chemistry and materials will be an asset
- Must be a strong hands-on individual contributor, and a self-starter. Must have sound analytical/systematic thinking
- Expected to work with a cross-functional team of chemists, physicists, material scientists, and electrical engineers to optimize memory cells. Good communication skills are required.
- Expected to define, conduct and develop experiments to modify and improve device structure
- The position could be based in the Denver, CO area or the Bay area. Travel between the two would be required.
Successful people will have Flash EProm, or general memory industry experience including folks from the cellular realm.
