Senior Process Engineer (Nanotechnology) TE3-4 [GBD2-07T247]
Descriptions & Responsibilities:
Draper currently has major MEMS efforts in inertial sensing, RF devices for communications, and microfluidics, and nanotechnology/nanofabrication programs in sub-wavelength optics and plasmonics, nanopatterened polymers for control of surface properties, and integration of carbon nanotubes with MEMS. We are seeking a senior level staff member with direct experience in nanofabrication techniques and device design. We offer an atmosphere which fosters innovation, room for individual contributions within a team environment, and an emphasis on professional and intellectual development.

Job Requirements: |
Education & Experience Required:
We seek individuals with an M.S. or preferably Ph.D. in electrical engineering, chemistry, biophysics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline. The candidate should have practical laboratory experience in micro-and nanofabrication and test. The individual should have demonstrated an ability to work autonomously, write proposals, design experiments, analyze data, and relate research efforts to current scientific literature. Candidates who have a minimum of 6 years of post-Ph.D. experience or 9 years of post-MS experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
